Cogmed Working Memory Training is a computer-based solution for attention problems caused by poor working memory. The Cogmed training method consists of 25, computerized training sessions, each 30-45 minutes long. Each session consists of a selection of various tasks that target different aspects of working memory. The training is done on a computer at home, in school, or at work. The training program is five weeks long with five sessions every week. It is a rigorous program designed to improve working memory through intensive and systematic training.

- An Initial Screening Interview (1 hour) to see of Cogmed is appropriate for you
- Five weeks of training with weekly coach calls (may be modified to include more weeks, if needed; 1 hour per day, plus one
- 15- minute coach call per week
- Wrap-up meeting (about 1 hour)
- Six-month follow-up interview (by telephone)
- Access to the Cogmed Training Web
- Cogmed Extension Training (~12 months)

- Brief Report with Summary of Training Data
